Studio Policy

​Muzie.School Studio always tries the best to provide a high quality and enjoyable lesson environments. To ensure that everyone is getting the most out of their time at Muzie.School the following policy is in place:​​​

​ATTENDANCE:

Regular attendance is expected.​​​​ Please give 1 week notice if you know you will miss a lesson and we will provide a video lesson if a make up is not possible, if notice is not given the lesson fee will be collected an no make up will be given.

PRACTICE:

Students are expected to practice each week. We understand that life happens and some weeks can be hard to get the time in, that is ok! But if we see a continued pattern of not practicing we will discuss how to proceed​!

PAYMENT:

All payments are expected on the first of the month for the upcoming month, unless you are on the pay as you go, which will auto charge your account after each lesson. All lesson payments will be via Fons.com payment processor.

Please Note: There are no long-term commitments. Services may be discontinued at any time. If a student takes a break from lessons, they do so with the understanding that their spot in the studio schedule is no longer guaranteed. ​
