Your Instructor

Sam Reti is a professional guitarist and guitar instructor, with 15 years of experience in guitar performance. He is an expert in both Electric and Acoustic guitar, with a specialization in 7 String Electric Guitar. He has a degree from Berklee College of Music in Professional Music with a focus in Entrepreneurship. While at Berklee, he was awarded the Achievement Scholarship for starting his own business, the main branch of which is the music lesson web-app, “I Want to Practice”, which helps musicians of all instruments and skill levels practice their craft.​

Sam is currently the CEO and Founder of Muzie.Live. A platform for online music lessons.  

Sam has performed all over the country with his band, Zombie Frogs, including a spot at Prog Day in North Carolina (the longest-running progressive rock festival in the US) and the Progressive Nation at Sea Festival (a 5 day festival on a cruise ship, where they were personally invited to play by Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater). Zombie Frogs’ win of the Head Bang for the Highway Battle of the Bands allowed them to open for the All-Star Tour (a yearly Heavy Metal tour), and they have multiple music publications including an EP (Multiply) and a full-length album (Awaken).

As someone who has had experience with many music teachers throughout his career, Sam knows the value and importance of a truly great tutor. His friendly and approachable style, along with his organized and efficient teaching methods, make for a truly excellent learning experience for musicians of any level.
